Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work is subject to a written agreement covering scope, milestones, pricing and responsibilities.
White-label work
Confidentiality, branding, ownership and IP transfer for white-label projects are defined in each project agreement.
Intellectual property
Site content, logos and designs belong to Emoticon Solutions unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
No guarantees
Information on this site is general. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings or savings.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the agreement for any engagement.
