Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data collected through this website.

Notice: This policy outlines how personal data collected through this website is stored and processed.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form: your name, business email, company, country, optional website and phone, budget range, preferred contact method, your project description, the service you chose, the page you submitted from, any campaign tags in the URL (for example utm_source), and the time you gave consent. We also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address for a short time to limit spam and abuse; we do not store the raw address.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, discuss potential projects, keep a record of our conversations, and protect the site from spam. We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are handled only by authorised staff.

Cookies and similar storage

Essential storage only: your cookie choice, and a per-tab note of the page you arrived on. Analytics and measurement run only if you click Accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Analytics

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google) and a first-party event log (page views, button clicks, form starts and submissions, an anonymous random session ID, device category and campaign tags). We do not send your name, email, phone number or message to analytics, and we do not use fingerprinting. First-party analytics events are deleted after 14 months.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and staff sign-in), Resend (sending notification and acknowledgement emails), Google (analytics, only with consent) and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for 24 months afterwards, then deleted or anonymised on request or review. Messages flagged as spam are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or UAE data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. To make a request, email us at the address below.
